This is my mashup cube inspired by the Jumpstart sets! Players pick two mini-decks and shuffle them together to make a full deck. Each mini-deck has a commander, which gives players access to two partner commanders during a match. Mini-decks are 30 card singleton decks that focus on a particular theme or mechanic. Every combination yields unique and unexpected synergies between themes and even entirely new archetypes. Despite the presence of commanders, the decks are designed for two player games. Mashup decks will play more like 60 card cube decks than commander decks built for multiplayer slugfests.

w Linvala, the Preserver - A deck full of creatures with enters-the-battlefield abilities paired with flicker effects to reuse those abilities. Key Cards: Wall of Omens, Restoration Angel

w Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist - A real swiss army knife of a deck. Search out the perfect equipment to counter your opponent's strategy while Ardenn let's you efficiently deploy your weapons. Key Cards: Stoneforge Mystic, Sword of Truth and Justice

w Adeline, Resplendent Cathar - Gather a mob and fight off the invading hordes. Alone they are weak, but there is strength in numbers. Key Cards: Champion of the Parish, Gather the Townsfolk

w Daxos, Blessed by the Sun - A deck that starts small but grows into an unstoppable force. Life gain triggers lead to multiplying angels and pumped up creatures. Don't sleep on the soul sisters. Key Cards: Soul Warden, Valkyrie Harbinger

u Vendilion Clique - Always ready to react, the flash deck can respond at the perfect time to maximize the impact of their spells. Hold up your mana to answer a threat or make one of your own depending on your opponent's plays. Key Cards: Counterspell, Brazen Borrower

u Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive - They may be small but their attacks deal more than damage. Sneak through with your rogues and steal wins with game breaking effects. Key Cards: Ninja of the Deep Hours, Notorious Throng

u Baral, Chief of Compliance - Simple spells become powerful fuel for your on board effects. With Baral reducing costs you'll be slinging multiple spells every turn. Key Cards: Ponder, Talrand, Sky Summoner

u Emry, Lurker of the Loch - Collect your "harmless" trinkets, cash them for value or bring them to life. Whether you need cards, mana, to remove a threat or to make a threat, there is an answer in Emry's collection. Key Cards: Ensoul Artifact, Aether Spellbomb

b Yawgmoth, Thran Physician - Mercilessly wear down your opponent's board with never ending counters. Impose Yawgmoth's brutal will to achieve victory through oppression. Key Cards: Contagion Engine, Necroskitter

b Egon, God of Death - Egon is the face of the deck but his Throne of Death is the engine. As your graveyard fills with creatures, your reanimation spells become more and more potent. Key Cards: Doom Whisperer, Reanimate

b Vraa, Executioner Thane - Sometimes you have to let your creatures die...and sometimes you have to make them. Key Cards: Village Rites, Reaper from the Abyss

b K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth - Key Cards: Font of Agonies, Snuff Out

r Syr Carah, the Bold - Burn damage flows from cheap spells and gets magnified by your fire hungry creatures. Chandra would be proud. Key Cards: Lightning Bolt, Chandra's Incinerator

r Pashalik Mons - Swarm and strike, on the ground or through the air. Whatever it takes. Goblins don't care. Key Cards: Mogg War Marshal, Goblin Bombardment

r Pia and Kiran Nalaar - Turn trash into treasure with these master artificers. Small artifacts get scrapped and reused until they're finally built into mechanical monstrosities. Key Cards: Experimental Synthesizer, Wurmcoil Engine

r Zurzoth, Chaos Rider - Unleash your chaotic brood to wreak havoc on the battlefield. Just pray that fate favors you over your opponent. Key Cards: Glimpse of Tomorrow, Magus of the Wheel

g Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury - A single elf is easily overcome, but they rarely travel alone. Assemble the clan and harness the power of the forest. Key Cards: Elvish Warmaster, Elvish Archdruid

g Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma - The bigger they are, the harder they hit. Nothing tricky here. Just SMASH. Key Cards: Rhonas the Indomitable, Vines of Vastwood

g Titania, Protector of Argoth - Your lands are the source of ancient and mysterious magic. Awaken the powerful elements of root and earth. Key Cards: Elvish Reclaimer, Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi

g Nylea, Keen-Eyed - Key Cards: Eidolon of Blossoms, Ancestral Mask

c Karn, Scion of Urza - Key Cards: Scrapyard Recombiner, Arcbound Ravager

wubrg Niv-Mizzet Reborn - The strengths of each color combine into a powerful suite of spells and creatures. There's not a problem this deck can't solve. Key Cards: Bring to Light, Scion of Draco

I forgot to save the changelist for this but it's basically a shift in the white Legion deck from a combat/exhalted deck to a Humans weenie deck. Adeline, Resplendent Cathar replaced Odric, Lunarch Marshal and a lot of Human tribal cards replaced some frankly lackluster fighters. Porcelain Legionnaire out, Thalia's Lieutenant in. Glory-Bound Initiate out, Gather the Townsfolk in. Adanto Vanguard out Coppercoat Vanguard in. It can be difficult to make cards like Champion of the Parish work in a mashup but having a Human maker in the command zone and the fact that Humans are very common in other mini-decks makes it much more reliable.
