The main role for this cube is as a "House of Commons" to the "House of Lords" that is the #2CUDS Index. See this introduction to Companion Cubing for details. It is a Pauper Redux Cube, which means that each inclusion has been printed in paper more than once, and at least once at common.

I first built the cube as a standalone, with the following archetypes:
WU: flicker
UB: reanimate? opponent/self-mill?
BR: sacrifice / leave the battlefield
RG: ramp / monsters / aggro / pow?
GW: tokens (counters?)
WB: lifegain
UR: spellslinger
BG: graveyard? delirium? regrowth?
RW: attack? heroic?
GU: ramp/land? draw? counters?

...but it continues to evolve to be more centered on offering good synergistic handholds and utility cards for Companion Cubing.
