Draft pool themed around fishing.

Each player will start the game with a Fishing Pole in play. Fishing Pole second ability is errata'd to read:
'Whenever equipped creature becomes untapped, remove a bait counter from this Equipment. If you do, reveal the top card of the Fishing Pool and cast it without paying it's mana cost.'

The Fishing Pool is a deck of cards shared between the players, which cannot be drawn from except for with a Fishing Pole ability.
