The draft-matters cards added too much complexity to a complex format. Also cut a few other Assorted cards to get the list down to 600.

I will probably use a custom card for the lands for this cube, but Gateway Plaza is closer to the Elo I was shooting for than Mana Confluence. This will help us get more accurate test drafts.

I did addition instead of subtraction by accident.

After some test drafts and running the numbers, I think cutting a tribe (or maybe two?) is necessary. This will allow me to add more cards for each of the other tribes, increasing their density. My rough goal will be to go from 25 to 30 cards per tribe which will also mean cutting some of the general use cards.

A couple of these cards could even come back later as general cards.
