Bunch of changes to the cube right before WCC! I evened out the numbers between colors a bit more, as well as mana curves. I cut some cards that were being underplayed and a few power outliers such as questing druid. Tried to slightly up the amount of grave hate while not going overboard with it, same with dialing some numbers regarding removal spells.

The cycle of scry lands has been switched with the cycle of surveil lands. I added ill-timed explosion to the list of potential board wipes. Cards to look out for are soul enervation, exsanguinator cavalry(with errata) and teysa, opulent oligarch. Excited for the split cards, G and B inscriptions, and tectonic reformation.
