Hi. What am I supposed to say here?
I learned how to play Magic at a Christmas Party at the end of 2005. I didn't really get into playing the game however until a little bit later. I got the premade decks from time-spiral block, and I learned how to draft between M10 and Morningtide.
I started going to events on my own towards the end of Alara, and I invested into the game to build a Kiki-pod deck around the time that the blue version of Scapeshift was popular.
When I ended up tearing that deck apart, I also tore about one of my EDH decks. My friend said that My collection was weird that it was all singletons instead of useful playsets for an actual deck. So, I put those cards together and started my cube. I've had it since then around 2012 and I've been slowly changing it over the years until all I really do with magic is cube, commander, and draft.
I'm using this largely as a tool to help keep track of the cards in my cube, and try to upgrade certain cards that I'm not satisfied with or are underplayed.
