big update with some new cards and one test that I myself am critical of.

Scythecat Cub - It's a better Bristly Bill, fast, tramply goodness, I really love Rofellos but he has dropped off too much in the past years.
Stock Up - Looks deep, gets around draw restrictions, it's Dig Through Time with fewer deck construction asks.
Stormchaser's Talent - A cheap aggressive spell that can get card advantage and sometimes turn into a late game finisher. It's not as much of a beating as Shark Typhoon but it is cheaper and more flexible.
Occult Epiphany - It costs more than Careful Study, but it's a discard outlet that can gain some value from making spirits that can even be put into play at instant speed. The card is more flexible and is good in more than just a reanimator or Underworld Breach deck. Maybe I will try to make space for Study again, it is a bit of a classic.
Voice of Victory - Aggressively costed attacker that also means you won't be caught by surprise during combat. Some Synergy with the next card on the list too.
Goblin Bombardment - Slickshot Showoff is a good card with a sky high ceiling but it has mostly failed to impress. Bombardment does fun stuff with Ocelot Pride and Ajani, Nacatl Pariah. Will it be enough? Maybe not, we shall see, plenty of good red two mana cards to be explored.

I liked Port a lot when I tested it initially but had it make room when I wanted to put the Dark Depths combo back into the cube.
Nettlecyst can be really cool but has mostly been underperforming, it may or may not return but for now I want to see more of port to more accurately rate it.

Aven interrupter has not been getting put in decks much, though I feel it is somewhat underdrafted it is probably time for it to make space for a more versatile card.
The decks that benefit most from the Aven's static ability want to tap out often, which is probably why it is hard to fit in a deck and often possible to play around for a savy opponent.
Enchanter is solid and versatile, taking up less space in the deck as a land.

Better cards in their respective archetypes in my opinion.

Playing a cubevitational qualifier finally convinced me the card is good enough but also not too unfun. Dispute is cool but too niche, barely playable without Chromatic Star, Bitterblossom or an Orc Army.

Courser and Garruk both suffer from powercreep, two solid playables but don't really hold up.
Closet//Cellar is not unique and not much faster than the other two but it combos with Lion's Eye Diamond. Ursine Monstrosity is a fast resilient clock.

I just really wanted to keep the lands archetype. this might get reversed later, Tabby and Port are really cool too

Hexmage and Invasion lose a lot of value without Dark Depths. Not completely convinced Land Grant will stay in but it will do for now.
Shifting Woodland loses value without Depths but still combos with Time Vault, so it is in for now.

As I've stated before I feel YP has really dropped off, it is essentially a 3 mana spell if you want to be sure of a trigger (granted, still 2 mana if you have Unmask, Snuff Out, Gitaxian Probe FoW or Daze in hand) Third Path Iconoclast has basically taken it's place because it's easier to trigger (Moxen and Baubles for example) and makes artifacts for the likes of Tolarian Academy, Urza's Saga construct tokens or Nettlecyst.
Searslicer Goblin is the new hotness I want to try and easy to trigger early in aggressive decks.
I will admit Pyromancer is much better in control and arguably midrange, where the play pattern of sitting behind your wall of elementals while countering, removing and cantripping your opponent into submission.

I really like the verges and their dependable untapped status, maybe some of these might become their Fast Land or Horizon Land counterparts, in the case of Golgari I might change out the Person Land instead because the cube already has so many tapped lands with the mandatory addition of the Surveil Duals.

The DD combo never really took off in the cube so I think removing it made sense, Drown in the Loch is a very good but pretty replaceable effect. Ulamog is the worst of the Eldrazi Titans, only being really good with Channel in my opinion. Kroxa is a personal favourite of mine, but is just too hard to get working and the payoff is usually much lower than Phlage or Uro, though all will end the game quickly when they're not dealt with.
