Mirror will likely replace key. This makes the combo slightly weaker as it will require more mana and less tutors (Urzas Saga and Trinket mage) and mirror can have other function outside of the vault combo. Zuran Orb is a big maybe, supports Titania.

Adding Flash to the cube. Combined with cards like Triplicate Titan, Woodfall Primus, Ashen Rider, and Gruff Triplets, it can easily create a massive advantage on turn 1 with fast mana or turn 2 without.
