BALANCE CHANGES

• Murgoth was simplified to a more manageable set of abilities and had their cost reduced to .
• Persistent Bug was nerfed to cost mana when cast from exile, along with other QOL wording changes.
• Rakdos Coffers was nerfed significantly, only producing one Treasure instead of two.
• In keeping with the previous nerf, Prosper's Familiar has been removed from the cube and has been replaced with Daze.
• Arts have been updated to make cards more readable.
