I. Overview

The Undead Synergy Cube is a Masters-power environment to play fond mechanics and themes that don't quite work in my more powerful cubes. This cube takes heavy inspiration from Shadows Over Innistrad, Eternal Masters, and Ultimate Masters to meld graveyard, discard, and typal elements into an exciting play experience!

II. Primary Themes Value Tempo

Take an early advantage while utilizing flashback and disturb spells.

Discard-Recursion

Discard for value then return creatures from your graveyard.

Discard-Madness

Maximize your discard outlets by casting madness spells.

Value Aggro

Out-value your opponent while applying pressure.

+1/+1 Counters

Go overtop your opponent by buffing up your army.

Aristocrats

Sacrifice your creatures for value and drain your opponent.

Spells

Chain instant and sorcery spells to remove your opponent's creatures and create a large threat.

Graveyard Count

Fill your graveyard to increase the power of your spells.

Go-Wide Aggro

Quickly deploy threats and pump your team to victory.

Self-mill

Utilize your graveyard as a second hand through flashback, escape, and other abilities.

Typal themes

You will also find Spirits, Zombies, and Vampires alongside the different 2-color archetypes.
