Timeshifted cards are all 1-ofs in the cube and are 1 per pack.

Exclusions

• Wastes - This feels like a very specific constructed bling card. Though it will not come up often if included, the fact that a land with no use in the set (no other timeshifted cards in the set use colorless mana) could come up in the totally-not-rare slot doesn't feel good.
• Magus of the Moon - The nonbasic land density just isn't there for this to be more than a plain 2/2 for 3, which just doesn't feel right for a rare slot. While the uncommon lands are likely to come up each draft, the real value of this is to stop a very specific subset of rares and timeshifted lands, which just isn't good.
