I originally house ruled it to have thriving lands enter untapped, but honestly it works well either way. If you are playing with newer players its best to just leave them be, and it'll slow the game down a little bit.

I plan on upping the number of packs to 48 in the future as my current case I use to carry this can fit that number maximum.

I am using Burger Tokens "perfect fit Deckboxes" designed to fit 30. I have them all double sleeved, with a tiny label showing a pack number on the bottom left of the inner sleeve. This helps players separate cards back into the packs. It also lets you keep your Themed basics you want within a certain pack to stay with that pack rather than end up in another pack that shares a color.
I also am able to fit all the tokens neccessary per pack inside of the pack with the cards, as well as a Theme card with decklist on the back. I used Burger Tokens' Jumpstart theme card creator to print and paste onto both sides of a junk card and then put it into a perfect fit and put the same label number on the bottom left like I did with the packs.
