To a certain group of Magic players this should feel like a worn glove. You aren't reading cards, you're snap picking. You are constantly smiling as the you see cards that have been crept out everywhere else, even cubes as more efficient cards got printed.

Rules: Cards first printed from 2003 - 2013. I'm being very literal with the years and ignoring the "well actually Magic didn't go public until August 1993."

There is real chance that Lightning Bolt may get an honorary add because Red's efficient removal/burn is lacking.

Suggestions welcome and a nightmare. My first draft was over 1100 cards.
