philosophy
The original Turbo Cube is built around fast mana (often artifacts) and -mana card draw (often cycling). Baltimore Turbo decks convert these resources directly into victory by repeatedly triggering off artifacts, draw, and/or Storm count. The metagame therefore incentivizes resilient combo over interaction, heavily rewards the starting player, and necessitates a Hatebear/Prison deck to reduce Combo's strength.
I want to reduce combo more organically. We're still playing with "power", but rather than those triggers turning directly into damage or mill, they will fuel creatures like Lorescale Coatl or Gixian Infiltrator. Then we can "combo" with Fling or Temur Battle Rage, and I theorize that the fragility of these creature combos will incentivize more interactive gameplay.
