Here I am going to provide you with a table with some good pack sizes and counts for any number of players between 3 and 8.

One of the tricks to a good draft experience is to have enough cards to loop around the table almost twice, this allows players to make strategic decisions about what cards to take now, and which ones to risk coming back around next time. This decision becomes less meaningful with every repeated loop around the table, so we can't just make massive packs.
