alpha through masques block including portal starter unglued and a few other old cards

cube is played with the 6th edition rule set. the full rules can't be found archived here. the most significant differences are:
-combat damage uses the stack. it can be responded to before it takes effect and will still occur if the creature that would deal damage dies or leaves the battlefield between combat damage being put on the stack on resolving.
-paris mulligan rule. a player may mulligan any hand, shuffling the cards back into their library and drawing a hand of 7-n cards where n is the number of times they have mulliganed this game.
-players lose 1 life for each unspent mana in their mana pool at the end of each phase.
-old legend rule. when two legendary permanents with the same name are on the battlefield (under any player's control), the most recently entered one is put into the graveyard.

in paper the cube is played for ante. at the beginning of each game, not match, before drawing starting hands, each player puts the top card of their library into their ante zone. the winner of this game adds their opponent's anted card to their draft pool. a card's owner is considered to be whose draft pool it is in.
