In M15 Magic shifted to a new card frame and expanded the number of uncommon cards in each set to push what could be done at that rarity. To celebrate these lieutenants of limited I maintain a cube of a) uncommon card that have been b) published in draftable sets that also c) have the M15 frame. The goal is to have a powerful set limited cube, akin to the Master of Masters sets.
