This is a powered vintage cube where the premise is that every spell can be cast using only red or colorless mana.

Despite the color's reputation for only being aggressive, there's a wide range of possible decks that can be drafted from the cube; control, ramp, storm and a variety of other combo decks, prison, prowess, and of course burn, goblins, and RDW.

There's a heavy emphasis on artifacts and colorless cards, and there aren't any cards with protection from red because despite there being a lot of answers, the feedback was overwhelming and everybody hated playing against them. In addition to mountains, there are wastes and other basics for the handful of cards where that might be important.

I recommend playing bo5 matches with this cube because in addition to the extra swingy games resulting from powered cubes, you will likely end up with considerably more playables than will fit in your deck and thus sideboarding is very important.
