Basic Primer:

  • No tokens, no counters, no dice, no emblems (by extension, no planeswalkers)
  • Graveyard synergies
  • The only grave hate in the cube is incapable of removing the whole grave
  • Each colour pair has one tapland, one fetchland and one land that enters untapped

The aim for this cube was to build a relatively low-power, loosely graveyard-themed "bar cube" to proxy and have lying around in case people decide they want to play Cube. Heavily inspired by @Kapernaumov's excellent Penrose Cube. As such it follows "Bar Cube" rules (no dice/no tokens/no counters), tends towards graveyard synergies, and started out its design slightly leant towards black and red, blue making up for this more easily with more use of artifacts and colorless spells.

It is recommended that you play this cube with proxies! It is not budget and yet stays relatively low power, so there is virtually no reason to buy the real cards.

Since the cube is highly graveyard-focused, graveyard hate is much more powerful. There are no cards in the cube with the ability to exile more than one card in any one graveyard at a time. Take the Phyrexian Furnace, it's better than you think!

Archetypes and aims include rushing lands, graveyard maneuvering, Madness, artifacts, Crucible + Fetchlands, and Domain strategies.

Archetype Guide:

Combos:

There's plenty of room to mix archetypes due to Domain and discard/graveyard synergies.
