Cube is Drafted in 10 Rounds: Each player draws 4 cards, then 4 cards are laid in a middle row. Player 1 may swap a card in their hand for a card in the middle, then Player 2 may do the same. Repeat this twice. Then draw a new 12 cards and Player 2 picks first.
