Thanks to the magic of the Wayback Machine (https://web.archive.org/web/20080912141058/http://www.tomlapille.com/cube/tom_list.html), I have compiled what I believe is the only correct version of Tom LaPille's cube. I say the only correct version because, in an admittedly quick search, I did find a few copies of Mr. LaPille's cube here and on CT. However, there are errors from the original website that were not corrected. For example: the other listings show 2 copies of Akroma, Angel of Wrath. This is because the list on his site had one in white and one in red. The red listing is obviously Akroma, Angel of Fury. Also, "Ink-Eyes, the Desecrator" - after making sure that Nezumi Graverobber was listed, I feel confident that this entry referred to Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni. I have corrected these issues, as well as manually updated color identities to accurately show where Mr. LaPille had categorized certain cards. Yes, Kird Ape was considered mono-red, while Gathan Raiders was listed as colorless.

I believe that this glimpse into Cube history is worth preserving. It's especially useful, though, to preserve it EXACTLY as the designer envisioned it, including color identity choices. Also, a note on Gold cards, quoted from the site:
"There are five gold cards of each color combination. Some combinations suck, so I've had to do some awkward things. For example, there isn't a good fifth black-green card, so we went to Crime // Punishment. In fact, two of black-red's best cards are split. Since white-red and white-blue are so lame, I have only four of those combinations and two blue-white-red cards instead."

NOTE: If anyone else has beat me to this, my apologies for saying mine is the only correct version. I only did a quick Google search :P
