What if Ixalan weren't an aggro fest? What if Dinosaurs were actually playable?

Design philosophy:

• Maintain the feel of the Ixalan plane. As a result, when adding or replacing cards I have leaned towards cards which are flavorfully resonant with the themes of the plane (exploration, creature types which appear on Ixalan, appropriate technology levels, etc.)

Archetypes
Note: UW & GB are excluded as they are not supported tribes.

RB: Aggressive pirates with a sacrifice theme.
UR: Aggressive pirates with an unblockable theme.
UB: Midrange pirates with some counterspells and looting.

Note: As the density of rares is higher in this cube than when drafting the set, the power level is higher and some removal has been added for compensation.
