Within the Mono-Deece Pauper Cube, there are plenty of powerful cards, such as Ephemerate, Gush, Hymn to Tourach, Empty the Warrens, Avenging Hunter, Writhing Chrysalis, and Cranial Plating, many of which are banned in the Pauper format.
