Players pick 2 packs of 25 cards to build a deck with. Each pack has a face partner commander.

After that they pick any 2 packs of Color Staples, which are filled with staples commonly played in that color. Each Color Staple pack has 5 cards.

Players should end up with a 60-card deck.
