The core gameplay of magic is just already great, lets celebrate the basics.

A cube based around basic magic the gathering. Most decks will consist of almost entirely cards that affect the board in some way. Creatures are almost all french vanilla once they hit the board, aka they don't tend to produce repeatable triggers or have activated abilities. Cube tries to evoke the feeling of a core set.

Optional rule-you start at 25 life if you speak in a french accent. if you drop the accent, you lose the 5 extra life immediately.
If you already have a french accent, you must speak in an american accent.
