I also plan on stealing a great idea of Duplicate Vouchers from another riptidian cube curator Shamim (aka shamizy). Duplicate Vouchers are basically draftable cards that represent not one, but several cards at once. After the draft for each Duplicate Voucher you've picked up you exchange those for one of the available cards. That really helps make some of the more toxic archetypes (like tribal) less self-contained.
