Scope

Rules:

• During deckbuilding, you may include any number of cards in your notebook.
• Your library can't include basic lands.
• Your starting hand size is 5.
• Exile a non-land card from your hand: Put one land card from your notebook into your hand.

You can only include spells from 2 different colors and colorless spells. If your commander has more than 2 colors in their color identity, you choose which 2 colors.

Mono-colored legendary creatures have partner with any mono-color legendary non-creature spell.
