This cube was originally built in late 2016. It has gone through many iterations before settling on it's current build.
Since the cube is built with the intention of supporting play between 2 players however 4 player and 6 player drafts happen regularly too.
Cube Design Rules 1) SingletonTo provide endless gameplay we lean into the variance of singleton, it lets us experience different decks, drafts, and lines of play.
2) No TutorsThis isn't a hard and fast rule, you'll find fetchlands, and a minor green creature tutoring package. But the intent is to lean into the variance provided by the singleton draft nature of cube.
3) Card SuitesIn order to make decks able to execute consistent gameplans, we have card suites. This allows decks to feel like you're playing constructed decks in that they have a strong theme and redundancy.
4) Avoid parasitismEvery card should be either a build around card, or a reasonable card in multiple decks.
