This is a cube for a small format played at Ohio University built to mimic the first semester's meta of the format. The format, campus quarters, is a legacy-lite rotating format where the only cards legal are the cards that are or were 25 cents or less. At the end of the draft there will be a pack of premium cards to mimic the premium cards of the format, this is a pack of 15 pairs of cards worth 1 dollar or less in the sideboard of the cube and introduced after drafting a certain card.
