Mini battle cube made of commons and good stand alone cards with some cross synergy.
Split the 120 cards into decks according to the number of players playing.
- 2 players = 60 card decks -
- 3 players = 40 card decks -
- 4 players = 30 card decks -
Players have separate graveyards.
Players start with 4 cards in hand.
No mulligans.
Players start with 1 of each basic land and 1 of each allied tap land that start in the command zone.
Players can play 1 land from their command zone per turn.
Decided to not add cards that make tokens or place counters in order to have a more simple clean board state and to have less components to carry
Tried to limit card advantage/ card filtering to place importance on each card and force players to think about how to best use each card.
Aiming for a fairly low power level
Trying to prioritize cards with higher power than toughness
Aiming for less direct kill spells and more combat tricks
