Design Goal:

Power-max Vintage cube excluding fast mana with Mana Value under 2mv.

    Examples: Mox Sapphire, Ancient Tomb, and Dark Ritual are excluded.
    Grim Monolith is fast mana, but has 2mv, so it is included.

Also excluded are cards with a built-in mana-discount of about 2.5mv.

    Examples: Time Warp is 5mv and Time Walk is 2mv, so Time Walk is
    excluded for having a 3mv discount. Minsc & Boo was printed at 4mv,
    then changed to 5mv in Alchemy. Since Minsc & Boo has a 1mv
    discount, it is included in the cube. Not all cards have a
    direct comparison, so some exclusions are based of feel.
