All about shennanigans, this cube requires you to make your own win conditions. One extra rule is added;
Between each turn, each player's life total becomes 20. This change in life happens between turns and does not trigger any effects of cards that would trigger based on a gain or loss of life.
Notably, you can still use life drain or combat tactics to win, but you need to achieve a win in a single turn.
Filibuster Control
Control the board and hold the floor long enough to catch a Filibuster win. Take extra turns to really draw out your filibustering.
Infect
The classic alternate win condition, give your opponents 10 poison to win!

If life is a resource, and life resets every turn, why not spend it? One of the harder tactics to turn into a win, there are a few ways of messing with the life totals after you've been flashing the cash
Pump & Fling
Play pump spells to create big creatures for a single turn. Attack with them, sacrifice them for value, or throw them directly at your opponents' faces!
Tokens and Hoofs
Another strategy that attempts to win with a one-shot combat turn, just make sure you build wide enough before you play your haymaker.
Lifegain
Hack your Life, hit a specific value or use that lifegain to combo off and win
