This is an unpowered cube designed with the intention of having highly synergistic and flexible options, to allow players to pursue exciting decks.
Gameplay GoalsThis cube has fallen on a handful of common themes. Many decks use the graveyard and/or lands as important resources, but games are played and decided on the battlefield. Although many decks will assemble synergystic engines that amass value, the presence of aggro and tempo strategies mean that good mana curves and well-timed interaction will be equally important.
There is a huge amount of overlap between strategies, and individual cards can be role-players in a variety of different decks. With this is mind here are some sample archetypes:
