First Version of Titantown!

This set is comprised entirely of Spells that can be maindecked with a Keruga, the Macrosage companion.

To make this set more dynamic I have tried to find ways of letting you utilize your Mana from Turn 2 on, leaning mainly on (land)cycling, Foretell and Suspend. To make sure everyone is getting to 3 mana, I have included at least one Basic Landcycler at Common and Uncommon in each color.

Otherwise this Set really tries to play with modally costed cards that hopefully let you spend your mana in the later turns efficiently. Surge, Foretell and a lot of cards that reduce their cost in various ways should lead to some doublespells before Turn 6.
