INTRODUCTION
Based loosely off of The Peasant Cube, used here to quickly generate a simpler base to work with for the real juice behind this build.
Inspired by Rule with an even hand, this cube aims for each drafter to play a game with a slightly altered ruleset from the standard. Before the regular draft, players will draft a 3-5 card pack of context-shifting conspiracies with significant drawbacks, as well as powerful upsides. Expect to be locked out of a card type, stuck with a deckbuilding restriction or unusual additional costs to go along with a deck-defining boon.

Before the game begins, choose a number.
You can't cast creature spells with total power and toughness greater than the chosen number.
The first time you cast a creature spell on each of your turns, if it's total power and toughness are equal to the chosen number, search your library for a creature card with total power and toughness equal to the chosen number and put it into to your hand, then shuffle.
Izzet Ideas Guy - Conspiracy
Instant and sorceries you cast cost 1 less to cast.
Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost an additional "Discard a card" to cast.
Each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard has flashback. The flashback cost is equal to that card's mana cost.
