Budget Cube with a three main goals in mind:

1. Showcase cards throughout Innistrad's history, including supplemental products
2. Keep the cards under $3.00
3. Provide a good draft experience for 4-players

To this end, there is no restriction on the rarity of cards. It will likely require some extra balancing, but that just means we get to play more games.
