This cube is an examination of what is left of a plane if the Eldrazi consume most but not all of it. The inhabitants scrabble for what resources remain. Artifact horrors are spawned to seize resources, the land further despoiled by lust, greed, and the stubborn refusal to allow it to fall into someone else's hands. Towns, cities and nations turn in on themselves, distrusting the motives and even the humanity of others. This is a world with little hope. Much is lost.

The only available basic land is Wastes. Any colored mana sources must be drafted.
