• 3 x 20-card packs, each player makes 2 picks per pack (or 4 x 16)
• mono-colored legendary creatures have Partner
• each player gets to add one Command Tower to their deck

(1) no cards that search your library
(2) no fast mana
(3) no infinite combos (;))
(4) no planeswalkers
(*) fixed hybrid mana (e.g. Heliod, the Radiant Dawn & Emiel the Blessed = & Decadent Dragon = )
