Set aside all copies of Prophetic Prism, Unknown Shores, and the 3 copies of Self-Assembler. The first two are "Starter" cards. The other copies of Self-Assembler will be used later.
Create a separate deck that contains only Artifacts. This is the "Invention" deck. Shuffle it.
Shuffle the rest. These are the cards that are "Draftable"
Draft
Create twelve 5-card packs from the "Draftable" pile and divide them equally among players (six for each player). The rest of the cards will not be played.
Each player "opens" one of their packs, picks 2, and gives the rest to their opponent facedown.
Repeat until each player has 30 cards as a result of this. Each player shuffles them to be their deck.
Rules
Each player starts with 20 life and has a starting hand of 5 cards, plus a copy of Prophetic Prism and Unknown Shores (hence the name, "Starter" cards). Players don't lose the game if they have no cards in their deck. They just don't draw more.
Once per turn, on your turn, you may play a card from your hand faceup, upsidedown, as a basic land that produces mana of its color identity. As an example, Lawless Broker is a basic Swamp if played this way. If you play a two-colored card as a land, it enters tapped, you lose 2 life, and it produces both colors as mana. Artifacts produce only generic mana if played as a land unless its color identity says otherwise. For example, Foundry Assembler will produce generic mana if played as a land, but Cogworker's Puzzleknot will produce White mana, because of its color identity.
Once per turn, you may pay 2 generic mana to Scry 3 from the Inventor deck, then draw a card from it. Any other draw and Scry effect only affects your deck.
Note
Self-Assembler's card text is replaced with the following effect: "When Self-Assembler enters the battlefield, shuffle a copy of Self-Assembler from outside the game into the Inventor deck. Then, draw a card."
If you Scry the Inventor's Deck and find one of the Modules, it immediately enters the battlefield and gains hexproof from both players. It can't be countered as a result.
