Battle Chess 180 Chess meets MTG

This is a theory cube. Brainstorming on if there should be special rules or traditional.
A few ideas. To use both black and white sleeves to represent the board. The creatures are intended to by symetrical.

A few thoughts if you open with a 2/1 vanilla you can play 1 additional 1 time to represent a en passant capture.
Walls I am debating on a Castling concept for the King, if you have a King in hand you can play it maybe.
