Draft rules:
60 cards drafted per player, pack size dependent on pod size (4x 15 for 4 player or less, 3x 20 for 5-8)
2 picks per pack
Everyone gets a command tower added to their pool

Deck Building:
60 card minimum decks, including commander(s)

Planeswalkers may be your commander

Choose a background, partner and friends forever are interchangeable. You can have a deck with a partner and a background, for example, but not two backgrounds (that would be dumb)

No color identity restrictions cuz color identity is stupid.
