2 player grid draft cube. (See below if you don't know what grid draft is)
Grid draft seems (to us) to be conducive to a very hateful environment. Since you spend the draft portion simultaneously drafting and counter-drafting, it makes sense for there to be cards that flag specific lanes and also cards that punish those lanes. We aim here to create a 240 card cube that makes the draft itself a highly dynamic and challenging experience. Ideally the games will be fun enough too. A grid draft requires exactly 162 cards but we figure a cube you see only 2/3 of will be more interesting over many drafts.

What is grid draft?
-Create 18 packs of 9 cards.
-choose a player to pick first.
-the first player opens one pack by arranging it in a face-up 3x3 grid at random (you do not choose how the cards are arranged)
-the first player chooses one row or column to add to their pool
-the second player also chooses one row or column (this may mean taking 2 cards instead of 3) takes those cards and the remaining cards are out of the draft.
-the second player opens a pack and picks first
-alternate back and forth until all packs have been drafted and build decks using a basic land station as needed.
-play a match
