Some of the archetypes that the cubes lends itself too, but overlap and experimentation is encouraged:
White/Blue - Blink Tempo - Bounce your own creatures to out-tempo and out-value opponents, often finishing them off with flyers.
Blue/Black - Reanimator Control - Control the game then finish them off with huge reanimated threats early.
Black/Red - Sacrifice Aggro - Burn opponents out quickly by sacrificing your own creatures and direct damage spells.
Red/Green - Midrange Stompy - Ramp to big threats early and trample over them.
White/Green - +1/+1 counters go-wide - Build out your board then pump up the team to overrun opponents.
White/Black - Sacrifice Aristocrats - Slowly drain and outlast your opponents by sacrificing your creatures and tokens.
Blue/Red - Non-creature Spell Aggro - Quickly out-value opponents with an array of instants and sorceries, finishing them off with pumped up and evasive creatures.
Black/Green - Graveyard Value - Fill up your graveyard quickly for extra value, and bring back whatever you need whenever you need it.
White/Red - Go-wide Aggro - Completely outpace opponents with an army of small creatures and burn spells.
Blue/Green - Ramp Value - Ramp up to value engines and game ending threats, drawing all the extra cards you need along the way.
