General Rules:
Every player gets a free copy of Command Tower and Arcane Signet.

Any Legendary can be your commander, all non-three-color Legendary cards have "Partner". You can not have a combined color identity of more than 3 colors.
Draft Structure:
7 packs of 9 cards each.
Each player builds a 49-card deck plus a commander or a 48-card deck with 2 commanders.
