I started playing Magic around Innistrad and was taught using a white/blue intro deck. Its been a while since then, and after playing with vastly less experienced players and reliving the joy of good old fashioned, low to the ground, low complexity magic, I felt the need to make a cube to recapture those games where all the cards are mediocre at best, but a skilled player can use them to great effect. Hopefully some newer players can be taught using it, but I'm mostly building it for the nostalgia trip. So the cube won't include the classics for you older magic players (I wasn't around for the 90s), but rather my classics, mostly old-ish core sets and things I remember from the time.
