Draft consists in 3 packs of 20 cards each.
A pack content is:
1 background
2 commanders
3 mana
2 rareplus
3 uncommon
9 common

The other rules are based on commander draft ones.
The faceless one commander backup plan is still avaiable but from my playtests is rarely used.
