There is no limit to the number of Momir activations you can do in a turn.
All creatures are treated as tokens.
To avoid rules confusions, generally cards do not refer to cast triggers, Fiend Hunter effects, blink and similar effects that would interact differently depending on whether the creature is a token or nontoken.
