This Set is supposed to be played with 10 Starting Life.

You should expect smaller creatures and effects, tight combats and of course, last second saves.

All the colors try to stave off their own defeat while trying to get your opponent down, but each has their own way of doing so.

W has of course a lot of ways to delay your demise. Be that lifegain, preventing damage or walling up with removal, While you deploy your fliers in the meantime. But you can also take to the ground with your warriors, healers and weapons to meet your opponents face on.

U passes through your opponents creatures as if they aren't even there. If the air isn't sufficient to kill your opponent you have various ways to make a creature completely unblockable. You also have a wide variety of defensive creatures and spells to keep your opponents creatures in check and the card advantage to take over later.

B takes its lifegain straight from your opponent, killing two birds with one stone. You'll need it, too, since a lot of your creatures and spells require a cost of life in various ways. Can you kill your opponent while you're still alive?

R wants the opponent dead, badly. You have various ways to deal with blockers and also ways to burn the opponent once they get low enough. But you better do it fast, since your creatures have a hard time blocking themselves.

G hits you like an Elephant. It's creatures are tough to fight in combat and you've got ways to make them even scarier, too. You've got a tough time dealing with creatures you can't just smash in combat though.

The themes in this set are not highly synergistic and follow mostly the basis of either staying alive, influencing combat or killing your opponent.

The signpost Uncommons try to evoke a broad archetype that should come together naturally when the colors are combined.

I've tried to put as many sideboard effects on creatures as possible to give easily accessible outs to Equipments, auras and other stuff.
