This is a cube based around Kamigawa Neon Dynasty limited! Pauper, because it's cheap. It's only 180 dollars for all the Kamigawa-block versions of the cards, and 110 dollars if you discount the Sensei's Divining Top!
I tried to preserve the flavor as much as possible while making the cube playable. 75% of the cards come from Neon Dynasty or Kamigawa block. No creature types that aren't present on Kamigawa (Sorry, Ingenious Infiltrator, and thanks, Shape Stealer, for making shapeshifters canon!). The majority of the cards come from one of the four Kamigawa sets, and I chose flavorful adds when possible. The Wanderer, Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, Ghost-lit Drifter, Moonblade Shinobi, Smoke Shroud, Ninja of the New Moon, and Jade Avenger are specifically flavor includes.
Most of the archetypes are directly from Neon Dynasty, although a few have been altered because they just didn't work or the other Kamigawa sets had better leanings. WU vehicles and UG stuff (?) have been completely reworked into WU fliers and UG spirits, and BG recursion and RG Modified have been tuned into BG Soulshift and RG counters. The 10 2-color archetypes are:
WU Fliers: Vehicles just weren't working, especially in a singleton format with like 4 good vehicles. Instead, I've added cards like Empyrean Eagle, Ghost-lit Drifter, Gust of Wind, and Winged Words. I tried to include as many viable Kamigawa fliers as possible and give the enablers crossover with the other archetypes. Plus, fliers play well with ninjas.
UB Ninjas: Pretty straightforward. I've included the best ninjas from both Betrayers and Neon Dynasty, as well as the Modern Masters stuff. Also Baleful Strix, because it's a perfect fit with both Grixis artifacts and Ninjas.
BR Artifacts: Pretty similar to the Neon Dynasty set-up. It's hard to make this deck work without a critical mass of aristocrats stuff, so I've added Modular creatures, and treasure producers, and other synergy stuff.
RG Modified: Mostly, it's been focused into +1/+1 counters. Rhythm of the Wild has been added in as a signpost, since the hot tub monkeys can't get there on their own.
GW Enchantress: This mostly operates the same as the Neon Dynasty limited version. This is also the base of the 5-color shrines deck.
WB Harmony: Mostly, this is just a control deck, since there's not a ton of the artifact and enchantment mix cards, but there's a couple of Delirium adds like Topplegeist and Tooth Collector.
UR Artifacts: This works pretty much the same as the Neon Dynasty limited version. Like the BR version, it can also use the Modular adds. Most of the adds for this deck are just redundancy, like Silver Raven being a second copy of Network Disrupter.
BG Soulshift: This is the deck that borrows most heavily from the old Kamigawa Block. there are 10 Soulshift cards that play nicely with the recursive theme from Neon Dynasty.
WR Samurai: This was the hardest deck to squeeze in, since WR was kinda bad in every Kamigawa set. It's almost single-handedly the reason why this is a 360-card cube. Captain's Maneuver, Angelic Exaltation, and Goblin Champion are the only real boons to the attack-alone strategy. Also, Orim's Thunder and Burning Oil are straight-up bribes to the Boros drafter.
UG Spirits/Arcane: This is the spirit-spirit deck. Rather than Soulshift, this deck jams as many strictly-tribal payoffs like Budoka Pupil and Nebelgast Herald as possible. It's also easy to make this Sultai and throw in stuff like a Zubera tribal subtheme.
