Time locked Alpha-Commander 2019 cube. The days of Elks and pushed nonsense are too much for me even in a powered environment, but I think we're safe up to that point.

The one exception to this restriction is the Triomes. All ten of them are in because I really like them as lands and I feel like they aren't too broken within the environment.
